Return and Shipping Policies

Returns and Exchanges:

– Returns/Exchanges should be made within 14 days of item’s delivery, as deemed by the tracking numbers.

– Return costs for wrongfully sent or damaged items will be covered by Chariots Auto. However, items will have to be returned and the damaged inspected first. All other issues, including size issues, will be at the expense of the buyer.

Shipping:

– Chariots Auto ships through FedEx. We know it is more expensive, however, they offer the best service for the cost.

– Orders can take up to three days for processing before shipping.

– Buyers will be notified of any delays as soon as they are realized.
